If capsule2 once or twice or as directed by the physician.
Or taila few drops orally under physician precription.

Ksheera- cow's milk
Bala and
Taila-sesame oil
the herb is processed in milk 101times or 21, 14, 7 times. the one that is processed for 101 times is used internally.
