Triphala Guggulis a tablet formulation, where in addition to triphala (amalaki, haritaki and vibhutaki), guggulu is also a the main ingredient.

Its usage:

Dosage:

2-3 tabs twice or thrice daily with warm water after food.

Triphala Guggul Ingredients:

Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 48 g

Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellirica – 48 g

Amalaki – Emblica officinalis – 48 g

Krishna – Long pepper – 48 g

Guggulu – Purified Commiphora mukul.
