Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata and Kapha
12-24mltsf with equal quantity of hot water once or twice or as directed by the physician.
3 grams, once or twice a day before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally given along with honey.
Panchakola Choorna ingredients :
10 g fine powder of
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum
Pippalimoola – Long pepper root – Piper longum
Chavya – Piper retrofractum
Chitraka – Plumbago zeylanica
Nagara – Ginger rhizome – Zingiber officinalis
made to powder and mixed with water and boiled to reduce and concentrate the quantity, in the methodology of kashaya preparation.
