Narikela Khanda, similar to haridra khandam is grannule form of preparation where the main ingredient is grated coconut.
1-2tsf(5-10grms) twice daily before food.
Narikela Khanda Ingredients:
Coconut grating – 192 g is roasted in ghee – 48 g. It is added with sugar candy – 192 g and coconut water 768 ml. Heated till semisolid consistency.
It is further added with 3 grams of each powder of coriander seed, long pepper, Musta (Cyperus rotundus), Vamshalochana (Bambusa bambos), Cumin, Caraway, Cinnamon, Patra (Cinnamomum tamala), Cardamom and Nagakeshar (Mesua ferrea) mixed and let to cool.
