Phala Ghrita or phala sarpi, used mainly for the treatment of infertility, associated with poor nutrition or lack of proper development of the reproductive organs.
Its usage:
Effect on Tridosha – Calms Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Dosage:
1/4-1/2tsf with hot-warm water or milk, on empty stomach or may be taken along or mixed with food, twice a day.
Over dose may cause diarrhoea.
Also not advisible in hypercholesteremia,hypertension etc.

Manjishta – Rubia cordifolia
Kushta – Saussurea lappa
Tagara – Valeriana wallichi
Triphala – Haritaki, Vibhitaki and Amla
Sharkara – sugar
Vacha – Acorus calamus
Haridra – Turmeric
Daruharidra – Berberis aristata
Madhuka – Glycyrrhiza glabra
Meda – Polygonatum cirrhifolium
Dipyaka – Trachyspermum roxburghianum
Katukarohini – Picrorrhiza kurroa
Payasya – Ipomea mauritiana
Hingu – Asa foetida
Kakoli – Roscoea procera
Vaijigandha – Withania somnifera
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus
Ghrita – ghee – 768 g
kshira – 3.072 liters
