Directions for use
Take the required amount of Kerala Ayurveda dhanwantharam thailam in a bowl
Place this bowl in warm water until it becomes slightly warm
Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface and check if the oil is warm enough by putting a drop on your inner wrist. Gently apply all over your body
Pregnant and new mothers should focus on abdominal massage to strengthen and tone the uterus
Massage your abdomen in large, clockwise circles with very gentle pressure
Next, make small clockwise circles around your belly button
Let the oil sit for about half an hour, and then take a relaxing bath using warm water to wash away the oiliness
Pregnant women can start using dhanwantharam thailam beginning the 7th month of pregnancy
For postnatal massage, can be used on the seventh day of childbirth
