Skin Problems: Drink decoction of "Manjistha Powder" twice a day and apply paste of it on the affected area of skin . Regular use helps to control skin problems quickly. Face Pack: Use "Manjistha Powder" with Honey as a face pack. A face pack can be made by mixing "Sandal Powder", "Turmeric Powder" and "Manjistha Powder" for healthy & glowing skin. For Normal Colour of Skin: Regular use of "Manjistha Powder" in the form of paste helps to provide normal colour to skin. The cold infusion of it helps in healthy menstruation. Drinking of decoction of "Manjistha Powder" is useful in calcium deficiency. For Joint Problems: The decoction of "Manjistha Powder" with "Triphala", "Guduchi" and "Neem" can be used to control joint problems. An infusion of "Manjistha Powder" has been used in women after delivery to clear the uterine channels.
