Lohasava is effective with Potent Raktavardhak ‘Loha Bhasma’ and other ingredients which are Deepak and Raktaprasadak in increasing haemoglobin content. It is useful in Pandu and related symptoms due to Agnideepan and Raktavardhan action. Also helps proper functioning of liver and spleen.
Ingredients: 
Loha Bhasma 1 part,Shunthi 1 part,Maricha 1 part,Pippali 1 part,Haritaki 1 part,Bibhitak 1 part,Amalaki 1 part,Vidang 1 part,Musta 1 part,Chitrak 1 part,Ajamoda 1 part,Dhataki 5 parts,Madhu 15 parts,Guda Q.S.
Indications: 
Pandu, Gulma, Shotha,  Shwasa, Kasa, Udar, Agnimandya, Yakrutpleehavruddhi due to Jeerna Jwara or Vishama Jwara, Menstrual disorders
Dose: 
2 to 4 tsf (10 - 20 ml) 2-3 times a day with equal quantity of lukewarm water
