Shilajitu – 50 mg
Haritaki-fruit (Terminalia chebula)- 100 mg
Trikatu choorna – 50 mg
Triphala choorna – 50 mg
Badara-fruit (Zizypus jujuba)- 50 mg.

1 capsule thrice daily, after food for 4-8 weeks
