Shunthi 1 Part, Bidlavan 1 Part, Marich 1 Part, Vidang 1 Part, Pippali 1 Part, Elaichi 1 Part, Haritaki 1 Part, Tejpatra 1 Part, Amalaki 1 Part, Musta 1 Part, Bibhitak 1 Part, Lavang 11 Parts, Trivruta 44 Parts, Sharkara 66 Parts

Dose:
 1 tsf. to 2 tsf. (5 to 10 gm.) twice or thrice a day with lukewarm water
