Nishamalakadi Churna it cosists of two ingredients i.e; haridra(turmeric) and amala(indian gooseberry).

Indication:

widely used in treating diabetes.

also beneficial as anti-allergic in case of skin and respiratory disorders.

also traditionally,  Medohara(obesity), rasayana(rejuvinator), chakshushya(improves the vision).

Effect on tridhosa: pitta kapha hara.

Dosage:

1/2-1tsf once or twice daily with milk or warm water.or as directed by the physician.

also available in tablet form, the dose is 1-2tab, again as directed by the physician.
