Its usage:

1. Beneficial in improving the memory, speech, intelligence.
   
2. In treating depression,
3. fatigue
4. myalgia-depression induced bodyache.
5. stress disorders.

Effect opn tridoshas: balances vata, pitta, kapha.
Dosage:
1/4-1/2 followed by warm water once or twice on empty stomach or as directed by the physician.
