Description:Tribhuvan Kirti Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form. It is used in the treatment of acute and chronic fever. This product should only be taken under strict medical supervision.

Tribhuvan Kirti Ras Uses:

It is used in the treatment of all types of fever, spleen and liver diseases. It also improves digestion power.
Doctors also suggest this medicine for:
flu, running nose,
Sneezing due to allergy, allergic rhinitis

Karma – actions:

Kapha-vataghna
Jwaraghna, Swedajanana (induces sweating)
Vedanahara – relieves pain
It is also commonly indicated in –
Influenza, tonsilitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, bronchitis.

Common combinations with Tribhuvana keerti rasa:

In Kaphaja jwara, it is administered with root powder of Arka (Calotropis procera) and honey
In High Pitta disorders, it is administered along with Praval Pishti

Tribhuvan Kirti Rasa dosage:

60 – 125 mg once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
It is traditionally administered along with honey, fresh ginger juice, Tulasi juice.

Tribhuvan Kirti Ras tablet side effects:

Self medication with this medicine may prove to be dangerous, since it contains Aconitum as ingredient.
Take this medicine in precise dose and for limited period of time, as advised by doctor.
Over-dosage may cause sever poisonous effect.
It is best avoided in pregnancy, lactation and in children.
Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store in a dry cool place.
It may cause bradycardia – lowering of heart beat.

Tribhuvan Kirti Rasa ingredients, how to make:
10 g fine powder of each of
Shuddha Hingula – Purified Cinnabar – Ore of Mercury
Shuddha Vatsanabha – Purified Aconitum ferox
Shunti – Ginger (rhizome) – Zingiber officinalis
Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum
Tankana Bhasma – Borax
Pippalimoola – Long pepper root – Piper longum
Juice extract of Tulasi – Holy Basil – Ocimum sanctum – quantity sufficient.
Juice extract of Dhattura – Datura metel – quantity sufficient
Juice extract of Nirgundi – Vitex negundo – quantity sufficient
Fine power of above ingredient is ground with juice extracts, three times each.
