Rasna (Rz) Eranda moola (Rt) || Guduchi (St) || Patha (Rt) || Bala (Pl) || Ativisha (Rz)
Indications: Indicated in lumbago rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, sprains, muscle trauma, sciatica, stiffness, frozen shoulder, and in sports injuries. An adjuvant to all vata disorders.
Dosage: Take 2 teaspoonfuls with an equal amount of water twice a day. It can be taken along with Antanil tablets. Antanil oil may be used for external applications.
