Dosage and adjuvants:

Given internally in the dose of 2 to 5 drops with milk in the morning only. Should be applied externally also To be applied by means of cock feather in the areas affected by erysipelas continuously for three days and bath with luke warm water and wash with Usilai elai araippu (a kind of soapnut powder) on the fourth day

Indications:

All kinds of skin diseases and ulcers such as Karappan (Erysipelas), Sirangu (scabies), Padai (eczema), Sori (itches) and Koppalam (boils). Also in Venkutta thittu (leucodermal patches).
