Ingredients:

Ashoka, Lodhra, Ashvagandha, Haritaki, Parasika Yavani, Jatamansi, Guggulu, Dashamoola Kwatha, Eranda moola, Kumari & Shunthi.

Indications:

Dosage:

In Dysmenorrhoea:

 One tablet thrice daily for 3-5 days.

 In Pre-Menstrual Syndrome:

 One tablet thrice daily, to be started 7-8 days before the onset of menstruation and to be continued throughout the period
