Shouktik Bhasma prepared by `Shukti’ (Oyster Shell) is comparatively mild in action than Shankha & Kapardika Bhasma. Hence most useful in children & women. It has excellent Pachak, Deepak & Shoolaprashaman activity. Reduces teekshnata & teevrata of pitta in Amlapitta & Parinamshoola. It acts as Pittashamak in symptoms due to aggrevation of pitta like burning sensation in throat, chest, belching, excessive thirst, giddiness etc.

Amlapitta, Parinamshoola, Vidagdhajeerna, Atisara, Adhman, Arochak, Chhardi, Shirahshoola
Dose:
125 mg to 250 mg 2 times a day with ghee or honey
