Amalaki Churna is the powdered form of the dried amla fruit.
Its usage:

1. In dull Skin, Appearance of Premature Signs of Skin aging, such as Fine Lines, Superficial Wrinkles and Age Spots.
   
2. Lowered Immunity with frequent bouts of bacterial and viral infections, especially affecting the respiratory tract
3. Hyperacidity, Gastritis, Peptic Ulcers and associated Dyspepsia
4. Pre-diabetes, Family History of Diabetes, (As an adjuvant in) Type-2 Diabetes mellitus and Obesity
5. Prevention against ARCD (Age-related Cognitive Decline) and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Dosage:
½ - 1 teaspoonful (3-6 g) twice daily with water 15-20 minutes before meals or as directed by the Physician.
Its a single drug, ingredient being amla or indian gooseberry fruit.
