Blood & Systemic Health: Acts as a blood purifier and is used in the treatment of anaemia (Pandu), chronic fevers, and bleeding disorders like piles.

Common Dosage & Administration
Dosage: Typically 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 6–12 grams) taken twice daily.
Timing: Best consumed on an empty stomach, usually in the morning, followed by warm water or milk.
Dietary Restrictions: While using this ghee, it is often recommended to avoid salt, chillies, oil, and sour foods for maximum effectiveness.
