Jayamangal Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form, used in the treatment of chronic fever.
Extremely useful Suvarnakalpa in all types of Jwara such as Jeernajwara, Dhatugata Jwara or Vishamjwara is Jayamangal Rasa. It is Raktaprasadak and has pacifying action on Heart, Brain and Lungs. By vitalizing essential body elements specially Rasa, Rakta dhatu, it proves auspicious for body.  Useful in Jeerna Pandu.

It is used in the Ayurvedic treatment of fever, chronic fever, intermittent fever.
Ingredients:
Suvarna Bhasma 2 parts,
Roupya Bhasma 1 part,
Kantaloha Bhasma 1 part,
Tamra Bhasma 1 part,
Vanga Bhasma 1 part,
Suvarnamakshik Bhasma 1 part,
Shuddha Tankan 1 part,
Shuddha Parad 1,
Shuddha Gandhak 1 part,
Saindhav 1 part,
Maricha 1 part
Bhavana - Dhatturpatra Swarasa,
Parijatak Patra Kwath,
Dashamool Kwath,
Kirattikta Kwath
Indications:
Dhatugata Jwara specially Mansagata, Medogata, Asthigata and Majjagata Jwara, Various complications of Jwara, Dourbalya, Dhatukshaya, Vishamajwara, Rajayakshma, Pandu
Dose:
1 to 2 tablets (62.5 to 125 mg) 1 - 2 times a day with Jeerak Choorna or honey or as per disease
Note : This medicine contains heavy metal ingredients, hence should only be taken under strict medical supervision. This medicine is most commonly used in north Indian Ayurvedic practice.
