Bipasil Tablets is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Bipha Drug laboratories, Kottayam. It is used in the treatment of Hypertension.
Bipasil Tablets uses: As per the claims made by manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of management of high BP.
Bipasil Tablets dose: 
Dosage: Considering systolic pressure :>200-two tablet thrice daily before food, > 160 – two tablets twice daily before food, > 140- one tablet twice daily, or as directed by physician.
How long to use? 
It can be used upto – 4-6 months, based on doctor’s advice.
Bipasil Tablets Ingredients:
Sarpagandha – Rauwolfia serpentina
Punarnava – Spreading Hogweed (spreading hogweed) – Boerhaavia diffusa
Gokshura – Small caltrops (whole plant) – Tribulus terrestris
Rasna- Pluchea lanceolata
Prasarini – Paederia foetida 
Ashwagandha – Winter Cherry / Indian ginseng (root) – Withania somnifera 
Side effects and precautions: 
It is best to take this medicine under strict medical supervision.
Special precaution is needed while prescribing this medicine to children, pregnant and lactating mothers.
Overdosage may cause lowering of BP.
Store in a cool dry place.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
