Gandharva Haritaki is a herba medicinal powder or Churna formulation.
Its usage:
1.Used in the treatment of constipation, as a mild to moderate laxative.
2.In case of piles, indigestion, or simply for regular virechana or cleansing purposes.
3.Also used in vata disorders for vata anulomana or to balance vata.
Effect in tridoshas: balances vata.
Dosage:
1-2tsf with warm water once daily or according to the ayurveda physician.
